We have also partnered with local farming community for uninterrupted
supply of agri-residuals as primary raw materials.
MATRIX FORMULATION
Fibres, minerals, coupling agent, heat stabilizers, poly vinyl chloride
resin and necessary additives are mixed under monitored temperature
to form a homogenious matrix
INTERFACE STRENGTH
The compound matrix is responsible for bonding of ingredients and to
achieve desired density and interfacial strength of the product. This is
achieved with a mathematical accuracy of every ingredient to achieve
better resistance and strength of zerowud product
MANUFACTURING
The compound is extruded under controlled temperature and pressure
in a continuous process through a mould and various calibration pads.
The cooling brackets settles the product in the form of a board, pulled
for automatic dimentional cutting and trimming.
