MATRIX FORMULATION
Fibres, minerals, coupling agent, heat stabilizers,
poly vinyl chloride resin and necessary additives
are mixed under monitored temperature to form a
homogenious matrix

Zerowud is a result of over 3 years of Research and
Development of proprietary technology. Every board is
made from eco-friendly, farmer-sourced natural fibres,
the highest quality minerals and polymer compounds.

MANUFACTURING
The compound is extruded under controlled
temperature and pressure in a continuous process
through a mould and various calibration pads. The
cooling brackets settles the product in the form of a board,
pulled for automatic dimentional cutting and trimming.

INTERFACE STRENGTH
The compound matrix is responsible for bonding of ingredients and to achieve desired density and interfacial strength of the product. This is achieved with a mathematical accuracy of every ingredient to achieve better resistance and strength of zerowud product.
