We manufacture and supply NAFC products for architects and designers in the furnishing industry across the globe.
We acquire the finest quality of resin from Taiwan, Japan and South Korea. We have also partnered with local farming community for uninterrupted supply of agri-residuals as primary raw materials.
Fibres, minerals, coupling agent, heat stabilizers, poly vinyl chloride resin and necessary additives are mixed under monitored temperature to form a homogenous matrix.
The compound matrix is responsible for bonding of ingredients and to achieve desired density and interfacial strength of the product. This is achieved with a mathematical accuracy of every ingredient to achieve better resistance and strength of zerowud product.
The compound is extruded under controlled temperature and pressure in a continuous process through a mould and various calibration pads. The cooling brackets settles the product in the form of a board, pulled for automatic dimentional cutting and trimming.
